I am waiting for me is a performance inspired by The Sims, chronic disease, and the gloom of waiting.

 

The piece is a durational performance where one or more performers is/are moving around, among, and in between the audience, taking place in cycles of between 7 to 15 minutes each.

​

First performed in the inner courtyard of Academy of Fine Arts Vienna at Klasse Zeichnen’s Benefit Bar for Ukraine in 2022, the work was also performed at Belvedere 21 before travelling to 13festivalen at Konstepidemin in Gothenburg, Sweden and back to Vienna at Kollektiv Zirkusgasse. Most recently, it was invited by Waschsalong to be shown at Atheliertheater and also at the inauguration of die Laube.
